Patients who have allergy to any ingredients in Phentermine, who are taking furazolidone, fenfluramine, dexfenfluramine, guanadrel and guanethidine, have severe high blood pressure, narrowing of the blood vessels, overactive thyroid, heart, glaucoma or blood vessel disease, substance abuse history and in an agitated state should not take Phentermine.
